In general, variations in the finish and appearance of coloured tapware, wastes, and accessories can and does occur due to the variety of manufacturers supplying these products. Variations in colour and finish can also occur, from batch to batch during the manufacturing process
No guarantee therefore, can be given for a perfect or close colour match or finish of our wastes, in regard to tapware and accessories produced and supplied by other companies
Colour variations are generally accepted by the trade, builders and renovators, and a close match is more often than not, considered acceptable.
All our waste products are made to Australia Standard and are fit for purpose. Customers are covered by our generous warranties where a manufacturing defect or fault is found on a product (s) supplied
Customers purchase our products online at their own risk in terms of colour matching
Bathroom Wastes will accept returns from customers where the colour difference or finish is too great in relation to their already purchase tapware and or accessories. However, a returns surcharge of 15-20% will apply, see (Returns Policy) and customers will bear the cost of any such return.
