Please Note: Free shipping applies to orders of $300.00 and over in value, and applies to standard rate delivery only - Express Delivery Options, Point to Point Delivery, or Overnight transport is excluded (Charges will apply)

Free Shipping - The Express Delivery options can be selected for Free Ship items up to 5kg in weight, however, a delivery charge will apply - Where a delivery charge is not detailed under 'estimate shipping' or when entering your location, on the checkout page, the express post option is not available

Free Shipping may also apply to selected products and Product promotions

Express Post (Australia Post) or Express Shipping (Couriers) is only applicable up to and including 5kg in weight

Click and Collect - Warehouse pickup is available – Call 0418 226 365 or email for details. The pick-up location (s) will be provided via packing slip / Delivery Docket once the order payment has been received

Customer orders should be received between 3 to 7 days of receipt of the order payment, depending on ship-to location.

Contact phone number (Preferably mobile number) and email address is required for delivery purposes. Authority to Leave (Without signature) needs to be specified during the checkout process - A blank text box is available for this purpose as well as for other 'Additional Information'

If an item/product is out of stock, we will notify our customers via text or email as soon as possible and advise of the expected delay. We regularly update our inventory records however if an item is out of stock and a customer wishes to cancel their order, we will process an immediate payment refund

*Remote Area Locations (RAL) - Remote Area Locations (RAL) are those destinations well outside major capital or regional cities and towns throughout Australia. 

We reserve the right to levy a further additional charge (Delivery) if the destination address falls within a remote area location

A delivery cost quotation will be provided to customers prior to delivery

Note: A surcharge may apply even though free shipping has been applied to orders

Delivery charges for RAL will apply even after the order payment is forwarded to and is received by Bathroom Wastes.

Should you not want to proceed with your order due to a higher quoted delivery cost we will forward an immediate refund to you

*Deliveries outside 'Normal Courier Operational Areas - NCOA - which result in higher delivery charges –

Customers will be advised as to additional delivery charges. Payment of same must be received prior to dispatch of orders. Once again should customers not wish to proceed due to a higher quoted delivery cost, we will forward an immediate refund

'Authority to Leave' 

There is an 'Other Shipping Notes (Optional)' blank text box which can be filled in during the checkout process where customers can state whether they grant Authority to Leave (ATL) Yes / No - e.g., ATL-Yes or ATL-No. Include other special delivery instructions here also

If you are happy for our courier to leave your order without obtaining a signature showing receipt of same, please indicate so here by entering the following - ATL - Yes - Note: Contact-Less delivery is the preferable option during the Covid-19 crisis. 

As previously stated, there is a blank text box available within the checkout process, where customers can leave this and other instructions

Orders will not be left at your delivery address unsigned or unsighted (Unless they are 500gm in weight or less) unless by customer agreement* as per the above - a card or note will be left at the address to arrange for *Re-Delivery or customer pick up from a designated point e.g., local Australia Post Shop, Parcel Point or Courier Depot

*Re-Delivery: The driver will leave a card and scan the parcel if it’s available for re-delivery. We will usually attempt delivery twice.

  1. The receiver will receive an email notification regarding re-delivery

  2. The receiver will follow the instructions and book a re-delivery.

  3. If it’s not booked for re-delivery within five days, the parcel will be returned to the sender
    Note: All 500gm parcels are automatically assigned as ‘Authority to Leave.”

Note: Australia-Wide Deliveries *Customer agreement - ATL: YES - unsigned or unsighted order delivery - No LIABILITY OR RESPONSIBILITY is accepted in this case for orders not being found, or for orders that have gone missing. Should this situation occur however, Bathroom Wastes will endeavour to locate the order on behalf of the customer

Also, please insert any special delivery instructions here e.g., leave order at front door - leave order in letter box etc

Returns - We don't offer 'change of mind' returns on most of our products

International Orders - Bathroom Wastes is now able to deliver products to multiple countries worldwide using Sendle or Australia Post Delivery charges apply - Free shipping does not apply on any category or product to international destinations

Customers are able to estimate shipping costs during the checkout process prior to entering personal details. Choose the appropriate country from the drop-down menu (Click on 'estimate shipping')

New Zealand - Orders will not be left at your (customer) delivery address unsigned unless by customer agreement* - a card or note will be left for customer pick up from a designated point e.g. local NZ Post Shop or Courier Depot 

Note: New Zealand order deliveries - Customer agreement - unsigned order delivery - No liability is accepted in this case for orders not being received 'Note to Seller' on the checkout page - Include special delivery instructions as required - ATL (yes/no)
